食材:
200 克意粉
4 瓣蒜頭
1/2 茶匙黑胡椒海鹽
8 顆聖女果
1 隻烤魷魚
1 顆雞蛋
前置作業:
從餐廳買來一隻已經烤熟的魷魚 XD 根本作弊
做法:
1. 用分隔器把蛋白跟蛋黃分開,單獨煎好蛋白,放涼待用
2. 蒜頭剁成蒜泥,放點現磨黑胡椒海鹽
將蒜泥跟 3 顆切碎的聖女果一起炒成乾燥香濃金黃色,盛起待用
3. 天使麵煮大約 3 分鐘到開始變軟(順道把買來的烤魷魚放進去重新加熱),
倒掉鍋裡水分至剩下 100 克左右,加入蒜泥茄乾跟墨汁拌勻,
另外放進 5 顆對半切開的新鮮聖女果,還有被分隔出來的蛋黃,
蓋上鍋蓋,以小火略煮 1、2 分鐘,好讓麵身吸收湯汁
4. 把黑天使麵夾起來擺到盤子裡,
用刀尖把蛋白裁成想要的形狀,以牙籤沾墨汁在上面畫表情/花紋,
貼到魷魚上面,再淋些蒜香醬,完成

這次又遇到意外,

是因為最近香港快要進入選舉期,
其中一位候選人的表情讓我噗地笑了出來--

我姐聽了也笑到快瘋掉,
說從那以後一看見他就忍不住笑~~~
總算彌補了一點我失去過程照的心債^^

The answer is: Yes, and no.
Yes in the sense that they are official 宣教士 from our church, receiving some financial support from us because they need to work fulltime in that cafe (←虧蝕中) and they're fresh U grads who have no other resources to support their families.
No in the sense that they don't hardsell. The couple just live with Japanese people, walk together with them, and do what our church calls "活出信仰" (that's exactly an effort to tackle what you regarded as hypocrisy [偽善] for some "Sunday Christians" who do evils on weekdays).
As we believe that God is love, loving and caring for Japanese people is already a way to spread God's message in silence.
So we don't 傳教. We do not need to.
