Reduced the chances for rain weathers overall, this may need more prolonged testing, I can't tell right now how big is the impact of this change
Increased the volatility setting which means weathers change more often
Reduced lightning flash intensity, this is as far as I can reduce, further reduction would need to be done through reducing godrays intensity during storms (godrays amplifies lightning intensity heavily)
Added the ability to enable Weaker Sunlight effect with various strength levels (OFF, 33%, 66%, 100%)
Lowered thunder sounds volume to be more consistent with other game sounds.
