嘛...有趣的是網路上竟然完全沒有啟示一代的中文文件翻譯
不過英日語都尚可查的到，摸摸鼻子去查詢一下美國維基百科吧
結果發現關於故事劇情上的解釋，基本上都分散放在每個角色的『個人傳記』裡了
由於個人的最終目標是要寫出完整的《啟示》劇情架構
因此多多少少還是得看一下美國維基的相關文獻

摩根・蘭斯戴爾(Morgan·Lansdale)
Commissioner Morgan Lansdale was the head of FBC (Federal Bioterrorism Commission) until 2005. He went by the nickname of "Silver Fox".
直到2005年前，摩根・蘭斯戴爾行政首長隸屬於FBC (聯邦生化恐怖行動對策委員會)。世人給他的綽號為"銀狐"。

Lansdale was engaged in foreign intelligence activities for many years, even before he was head of the Federal Bioterrorism Commission.

Lansdale began his career in the U.S. military and engaged in foreign espionage over many years in the DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency). He was viewed as monstrous due to his considerable charisma, even in the underground community. He eventually retired and served as an advisor to the Federation of Pharmaceutical Companies.

In 2001, Lansdale used a wave of public opinion to appeal to Congress for stronger measures against the increasing risk of bioterrorism due to the leak of biological weapons onto the black market after the collapse of the Umbrella Corporation. He requested the formation of a specialized agency to take charge of countermeasures. Acceeding to his requests, Congress passed the National Biological Defense Act and established the FBC. Lansdale was elected FBC Commissioner and National Biological Defense Community Director by the National Security Council. Firmly rooted in these positions, he became a major player in international public health and biological defense.

In 2004, he was requested by TRICELL to supply three cruise ships seized from a bankrupt Umbrella subsidiary to a research team studying The Abyss virus and developing a weaponized strain ostensibly to prevent bioterrorism. However, Lansdale's motives deviated from those of TRICELL and he schemed to use t-Abyss to cause a man-made pandemic fully displaying the threat of bioterrorism to the world, expanding the FBC's jurisdiction and giving the research team enough data to develop a vaccine, believing his motives to be noble and for the sake of the greater good despite the heavy innocent casualties it would involve.

浮島恐慌 Terragrigia Panic (2004)
Lansdale was the head of the Federal Bioterrorism Commission and was responsible for the destruction of Terragrigia through the use of the Regia Solis during the infamous Terragrigia Panic.
摩根身為聯邦生物恐怖主義委員會(FBC)首長外，他也是使用雷吉婭索利斯衛星(Regia Solis satellite)攻擊浮島造成罪大惡極之浮島恐慌事件的主要幕後主使。
During the incident, Lansdale took charge of ground operations, using FBC forces in an attempt to counter the attacks by terrorist group Il Veltro. Operating out of the FBC headquarters within the city, he worked closely with Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance director Clive O'Brian. However, the two did not see eye to eye. Though the B.S.A.A was a fledgling organization at the time, Lansdale still perceived the group as a threat to his position, and Lansdale was openly hostile in his interactions with O'Brian.

The situation in Terragrigia quickly got out of hand, and after a tense dispute with O'Brian, Lansdale ordered the use of the Regia Solis satellite to sterilize the city. Shortly afterwards, the F.B.C evacuated and left the city to its fate.

However, unbeknownst to everyone else, Lansdale was actually the main architect of the attacks, planning to use the incident as a tool to increase his own power. Before the incident, Lansdale had bought the Paraguas Line Company and the three sister ships Queen Zenobia, Queen Semiramis, and Queen Dido.

Working closely with Veltro leader, Jack Norman, Lansdale provided the terrorist group with samples of the t-Abyss virus that Lansdale had obtained from TRICELL, who had originally acquired the Abyss samples from Montpellier Marine University. He also allowed Veltro use of the ships as platforms to launch the attacks.

Once Lansdale was certain the attack would succeed, he betrayed Veltro, activating the remote destruct on the Queen Dido in order to kill Norman and releasing the t-Abyss on the two other ships to wipe out any remnants of Veltro. Finally, he activated the Regia Solis and ensured any evidence linking him to the attacks was destroyed.

With Veltro out of the picture, Lansdale had research teams take over the two remaining cruise liners. The objective for these men and women was to prepare a vaccine to the t-Abyss virus, after first examining how the virus reacted to human beings - hence the deliberate infection of the Veltro members.

For the next year the team researched the vaccine. When it was done and their report handed in, Lansdale, who had remote access to the ship's security, locked down the ship and released the B.O.W.s from cryogenic sleep. Ensuring, again, that evidence linking to him was removed, Lansdale had always intended for research members like Ryan to die that night.

In 2005, responding to reports that members of Veltro had returned, he dispatched FBC agents Raymond Vester and Rachel Foley to the derelict Queen Zenobia to assess the threat to him around the same time that BSAA agents Jill Valentine and Parker Luciani were also dispatched to the vessel.Lansdale was not aware that Agent Vester was working with director O'Brian, who had harbored suspicions against Lansdale since the Terragrigia attacks and who was attempting to use the "return" of Veltro to collect incriminating evidence against Lansdale.

At some point, Lansdale became aware that Clive O'Brian and FBC agent Raymond Vester were investigating him. Shortly thereafter, strange mutated corpses began to wash up on the shore of a coastal town close to Terragrigia. Knowing the source was the sunken Queen Dido, Lansdale sealed off the area sent an FBC team to the sunken ship in order to seize the evidence held by Jack Norman, but the team was killed.

In a bid to destroy the last of the evidence against him, he made several attempts to kill agents Luciani and Valentine, first by attempting to destroy the Zenobia with the Regia Solis and also by releasing B.O.W.s from the ship's lab. When these methods fail, he activates the destruct system and destroys the Semiramis. He then orders his double agent, Jessica Sherawat, to do the same on board the Zenobia. She succeeds, but not before Chris Redfield and Valentine obtained a vaccine and deactivate the t-Abyss virus, escaping the doomed ship.

In a final bid to protect himself, he and a group of FBC agents invade the BSAA headquarters and order the arrest of O'Brian for conspiring with Veltro. After Jill and Chris kill an infected Jack Norman aboard the wreck of the Queen Dido and broadcast incriminating evidence against Lansdale, O'Brian is released and Lansdale is placed under arrest and relieved of his position as Commissioner of the FBC. In the aftermath of the Queen Zenobia Incident the FBC is disbanded and the remainder of its agents and resources are transferred to the BSAA.

Lansdale was arrested by O'Brian and taken away by FBC agents. TRICELL cut ties with him and refused to use its political connections to defend him.

遺產 Legacy (2011)
By 2011, one of Lansdale moles, Neil Fisher, had risen to a high position within TerraSave. Looking to create another Biohazardous outbreak like the Terragrigia Panic in order to cause fear and revive the FBC with other like-minded individuals, Neil made a deal with Alex Wesker to obtain a sample of the Uroboros virus, selling out TerraSave. However he was betrayed by Alex and infected with the Uroboros virus, ending any possible revival.

雷蒙德·維斯塔(Raymond·Vester)
Raymond Vester was one of the top agents working for the FBC (Federal Bioterrorism Commission). He infiltrated the organization as a spy from the pharmaceutical division of TRICELL.
雷蒙德·維斯塔是FBC(聯邦生化恐怖行動對策委員會)裡頂尖的特務之一。其真實身份是三聯公司(TRICELL)製藥部門滲透到該組織的間諜。

浮島恐慌 Terragrigia Panic (2004)
At the time of the 2004 Terragrigia Panic, Raymond was an inexperienced cadet in the FBC. Injured by Veltro's Hunter, he was rescued by the more experienced agents Parker Luciani and Jessica Sherawat.
在2004年浮島恐慌事件期間，雷蒙德在FBC組織裡只是一個沒有實戰經驗的軍校學生。曾被獵犬派出的獵人(Hunter)打傷，而他被更有經驗的帕克與潔西卡兩位幹員拯救。
Retreating back to the conference room where FBC Commissioner Morgan Lansdale was residing, Raymond stumbled upon a telephone conversation Lansdale was having with the Veltro leader, Jack Norman.Raymond became increasingly suspicious of his commanding officer, and knew that he was somehow involved with the bio-terrorist attack. However, he was unable to act on these suspicions, as the city was evacuated and destroyed soon after.

Vester joined the FBC in 2004 and was a Cadet during the bioterrorism attack in Terragrigia under the command of Parker Luciani. During the incident, he believed the attack was too professional and suspected the involvement of another force besides the terrorist group Il Veltro.
2004年時雷蒙德加入了FBC組織，在浮島恐慌時期他還只是一個剛軍校畢業的見習生並且由帕克擔任他的直屬上司。在浮島事件期間，他認為對方的攻擊太過專業，想必獵犬組織的背後必定有另一個龐大組織的參與。
When all FBC personnel were ordered to pull out, he stayed behind vowing to help the city's civilians.

Following the incident, Vester became the FBC's best agent and was known for investigation abilities, but also his forceful searches and exclusive, non-cooperative nature with local law enforcement. He also interfered with BSAA (Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance) operations on several occasions, preventing them from intervening in many incidents by sabotaging their efforts.

At some point after this attack, Raymond became an informant for BSAA director Clive R. O'Brian, operating as his mole within the FBC. O'Brian and Vester devised a plan to expose Lansdale's involvement in the Terragrigia Panic. The basis of the plan involved staging a "revival" of Veltro. Vester would impersonate Jack Norman, recruit extremists sympathetic to Veltro and set up a mountain base to create the illusion that the terrorist group had resurfaced. In doing so, the two hoped that Lansdale's response would provide evidence to expose him.

After a video threat surfaced from the real Veltro, Lansdale ordered Raymond and Rachel Foley to investigate the Queen Zenobia, with another team sent to the Queen Dido to kill the surviving Veltro members and seize an audio device containing incriminating evidence against Lansdale. Raymond immediately informed O'Brian of his mission.
當“真正的獵犬”釋出了威脅影片後，摩根馬上派遣雷蒙德與瑞秋前往潔諾比雅皇后號去做調查。並且派遣另一組人員前往黛朵皇后號去殺死倖存的獵犬成員與去扣押含有對摩根不利的視訊證據。而雷蒙德也在第一時間就把他的任務內容通報給歐布萊恩。
O'Brian planned to lead Jill Valentine and Parker Luciani to the ship to investigate it. However, knowing that Lansdale had a mole in the BSAA, he sent instructions to Vester to mislead the two by instructing him to set up a dummy mannequin of Chris Redfield on the ship and make them believe Veltro was responsible for the biohazard outbreak on the ship, otherwise Valentine and Luciani would inadvertently expose O'Brian's plan and the opportunity to expose Lansdale would be lost.
歐布萊恩馬上決定派遣吉兒與帕克前往調查潔諾比雅皇后號。然而，歐布萊恩知道摩根在BSAA組織裡藏有內鬼，他指示雷蒙德得擺放一個克里斯外貌的假人，以讓其兩位幹員被誤導整艄船的生化災害爆發事件是獵犬所為，否則的話，吉兒和帕克很快就會揭穿歐布萊恩的真實計劃，反而讓摩根自曝其短的機會失去。
After boarding the ship with Rachel, the two split up. Vester adopted his Veltro disguise in the presence of agents Valentine and Luciani, attempting to guide them through the ship to expose Lansdale's secrets. Vester, without the disguise, encountered Luciani and Valentine on the ship's bridge shortly after destroying the ship's controls, mistakenly making his presence in the situation known.
在與瑞秋一同登船後，兩人分道揚鑣。雷蒙德先採取穿上獵犬的偽裝出現在吉兒與帕克的面前，試圖引導他們調查船隻揭發摩根的秘密。事後雷蒙德脫掉了偽裝，並且先行破壞船隻的控制系統，而再到艦橋與吉兒等人短暫的碰面，目的就是誤導他的存在定位。
Vester and the two agents met again in the ship's hall, where he sent the two to find his missing partner Rachel. When the two returned with the news that Rachel had been killed and infected, Vester was nowhere to be found.
吉兒與帕克之後在郵輪的大廳再次與雷蒙德碰見，而他也希望他們能幫助他尋找失去連繫的夥伴瑞秋。而當吉兒等人準備帶著瑞秋被殺害並被感染的消息回去大廳時，雷蒙德又再次消失了。
Soon after, agents Sherawat and Redfield boarded the vessel, and all four agents encountered Raymond, now in Veltro disguise, in the ship's Casino. Just as Raymond was about to reveal Lansdale's secrets to the group, Lansdale's mole, Jessica Sherawat, shot Raymond in the chest, causing him to fall from the balcony.

Though Raymond was wearing a bulletproof vest and was unharmed by Jessica's shot, he faked his death while in her presence, but managed to whisper critical information about the conspiracy and Jessica's true identity to Agent Luciani.

After the two groups of agents split up, Raymond caught up with Luciani on the bridge, where he was holding Jessica at gunpoint as she attempted to activate the self-destruct system. Raymond attempted to convince Parker to subdue Jessica, but Parker still did not trust Raymond, and attempted to get Raymond to lower his weapon.

Taking advantage of Luciani's hesitation, Jessica fired, and Parker took the bullet instead of Raymond. Leaving to inform Lansdale of Vester's double agent status, Parker urged Vester to chase her down. Vester failed to catch her, and later encountered a gravely injured Luciani in the bowels of the sinking ship. Finally putting their gruff past behind them, the two helped each other to escape the ship.

Unknown to Parker, Raymond had actually let Jessica escape. The two were both working as agents for the pharmaceutical division of TRICELL, which promoted the development of the T-Abyss virus. The two met in a cafe where Vester gave Sherawat a sample of T-Abyss. When she asked why he rescued Parker, he merely replied that he "had his reasons."

瑞秋・芙麗(Rachel Foley)
Rachel Foley was an agent working for the United States Federal Government's anti-bioterrorism task force FBC (Federal Bioterrorism Commission); she and her partner Raymond Vester were sent into the Queen Zenobia to investigate.
瑞秋・芙麗是美國聯邦政府反生物恐怖主義專案組-FBC(聯邦生化恐怖行動對策委員會)裡的特務，她與她的夥伴雷蒙德被派遣到潔諾比雅皇后號上去做調查。

潔諾比雅皇后號 (Queen Zenobia)
In 2005, Rachel and her partner Raymond Vester were sent to the Queen Zenobia and got separated due to their missions. While Rachel headed at the back of the ship, Raymond headed to the front, though along the way she acquired the key to the freight lift. Whilst looking around Rachel discovered slime before being ambushed by an Ooze and shot the creature several times and when Jill entered the room, she had already escaped. The creature followed her through air vents and Rachel ran into a hallway with more Ooze. She shot again, only to run out of ammo and throw her gun on the ground. Rachel managed to get away and reach the elevator where she was ambushed by another Ooze which cut her leg. She avoided death one final time as the elevator doors opened, allowing her to escape and lock herself in the research room. It was in the research room where she met her end. Surrounded, Rachel was choked as an Ooze fed on her bodily fluids and infected her with t-Abyss, finally throwing her at a window. During this time Jill was looking for the Crew Quarters key and arrived just in time to witness her death.

Rachel's intentions on board the Queen Zenobia were seemingly to investigate and transfer the ship for disposal, unwittingly to erase any evidence on board that might incriminate Morgan. Later on, when the player gains her journal, it becomes known that Rachel actually did not want to go on the mission and had a very grim and pessimistic view on her survival chances, a prospect that grimly became very real.

Shortly after her death, the t-Abyss virus kicked in and transformed Rachel into a seemingly unique Ooze. As Jill returned to Rachel's corpse to find the freight lift key, she noticed that her body was gone. Jill left the room and was attacked by Rachel, now transformed. She confronted Jill several times, always fleeing after taking heavy damage, but Jill continued to encounter her until she met up with Parker and the pair supposedly killed her.
死後不久，T-深淵病毒很快的讓瑞秋的身體轉變成相當獨特的黏液怪(Ooze)。當吉兒再次返回瑞秋的屍體以便尋找貨梯鑰匙時，她發現到瑞秋的屍體不見了。離開房間後，變異的瑞秋開始攻擊吉兒。雖然瑞秋進攻了數次，但總是在遭受嚴重的傷害後逃離，直到吉兒與帕克會合後看似成功擊倒她。
However, Rachel survived the encounter and frequently attacked the duo as they explored the ship (which greatly annoyed Parker). She was incredibly resilient to gunfire, being downed several times after Jill and Parker initially "killed" her.

Rachel was presumably destroyed permanently when the Queen Zenobia exploded.

Jessica Sherawat was a member of the Federal Bioterrorism Commission who later became a member of the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance. She was secretly a spy, working as a double agent for TRICELL all along.

Her marksmanship rivaled the best of the best and she was especially skilled in logistical support. She was known for her extremely flirtatious personality, but was also a calculating individual and excellent spy. Her personal handgun was the Glock 18 Jessica Custom II.

In 2004, Jessica was a part of the FBC, partnered with Parker Luciani during the biological attack to the floating city of Terragrigia. The two worked together to rescue a wounded Raymond Vester, and after fighting through waves of Veltro controlled Hunters the two escaped the doomed city via helicopter shortly before their commander, Director General Morgan Lansdale, ordered Terragrigia's destruction at the hands of the Regia Solis satellite.

After the incident, both her and Parker joined the BSAA.

In 2005, she was interviewed by a woman from the Global Pharmaceutical Consortium believed to be Excella Gionne, who she told about the BSAA Agents involved in this mission and about her next mission where she worked alongside Chris Redfield as the two investigated reports on the return of Il Veltro. Sent to investigate the remote Valkoinen Mökki Airport, they were contacted mid-mission by Clive R. O'Brian, who informed them that Jill and Parker had gone missing in the Mediterranean Sea on the Queen Zenobia, which was also supposedly controlled by Veltro. Due to miscommunications, they ended up on the Queen Semiramis. Finally reaching the Queen Zenobia, they met up with Jill and Parker.

At that moment, a masked figure believed to be Veltro leader Jack Norman appeared, threatening to reveal the secret of Lansdale's labs on board the ships. Jessica, who had been a double agent acting as a mole for Lansdale, took the initiative and shot the masked man. This man was later revealed to be a disguised Raymond Vester, who was working under the orders of Director O'Brian to attempt to expose Lansdale's illicit operations. Vester then supposedly died from his wounds.

Agreeing to split into their old partnerships, Chris and Jill investigated the ship's labs while Parker and Jessica headed elsewhere. She then told Parker to go to the bridge while she headed below to stop the sinking. In reality, she took a more direct route to the bridge in an attempt to activate the ship's self-destruct mechanism to destroy the labs and protect Lansdale. When she was caught in the act by Parker and an unharmed Raymond before she could, she revealed to them both that she was the mole in the BSAA, and tried to shoot Raymond again, but Parker took the bullet instead. She succeeded in activating the self-destruct mechanism and left, with Raymond in pursuit.
四人之後決定互換夥伴後，克里斯與吉兒一組調查船上的實驗室，而帕克與潔西卡前往其它地方。潔西卡告訴帕克快趕往艦橋設法讓船別在下沉，但事實上，潔西卡走了更直接的路線搶先到達艦橋並且啟動了自爆機制，以確保摧毀整個實驗室來保護FBC首長摩根。之後潔西卡被帕克與沒受傷的雷蒙德逮個正著，她也直接攤牌她正是BSAA組織內的間碟，並且再次朝著雷蒙德開槍，但是帕克反而用肉身接下了這顆子彈。之後她成功了啟動自爆裝置，成功逃離現場而雷蒙德也追了上去。
事件結束後的一段時期 (Aftermath)
Though Raymond said that Jessica escaped, actually the two had been working in collusion the entire time as triple agents employed by TRICELL. She met Raymond in a European cafe, where Raymond provided her with a sample of the t-Abyss virus. She asked Raymond the reason for him saving Parker, in which he replied to her by saying that he had his reasons. The two went their separate ways, and their current locations are unknown.
雖然雷蒙德當時宣稱潔西卡已經脫逃，但事實上兩人都是三重間諜(triple agents)並且從頭到尾他們一直為三聯公司(TRICELL)效力。潔西卡在歐洲的某個餐廳與雷蒙德會面，而雷蒙德也交給潔西卡一個T-Abyss病毒樣本。潔西卡向他詢問為何要拯救帕克但他只回了他有他的理由。之後兩人就分道揚鑣，且從此無這兩人的下落。

其實和準備安心上路沒有太大差異了...只能說雷蒙德命大
也因為有他那十足的正義感才讓啟示整個計劃實現
雖然他的建模不太討喜，但我還是挺喜歡他的!
他的作品個人覺得質很高，但繪師好像頗喜愛 帕克x潔西卡 這款組合就是XD
