Marry / Get Married / Be Married

【01：marry (someone)】
This is the general verb. It is the time when people come together as husband and wife. Do not say I married with someone. It is not correct. And do not say I married to someone. It is also incorrect.
這是我們通常會用的動詞。這是人們作為夫妻結合的這麼一個事。不要說我married with某人。這是不正確的。不要說我married to某人。這也是不正確的。
Correct example:
I married Sam 3 years ago.
三年前我和山姆結婚了。
【02：get married】
This talks about the time two people got married. It makes us think of the wedding.
這是表達了兩個人結婚的那個時刻。讓我們想起了婚禮。
Correct example:
I got married.
我結婚了。
【03：get married to (someone)】
We think of who was married in the wedding. Do not say I got married with someone. It is incorrect.
這能告訴我們是誰在婚禮上結婚了。不要說marry with某人，這是不正確的。
Correct example:
I got married to Sam.
我嫁給了山姆。
【04：be married】
This means a state of being. Are you married or are you single?

I am married.

Also state of being. But who is married to you?
也是在表達狀態。但是還多了告訴你結婚對象的信息。
Correct Example:
I am married to Sam.

When you use to marry or to get married, think about the wedding. When you use to be married, think about the person's life now.
當你想是用marry還是get married時，想想婚禮（當指婚禮時是get marry）。當你使用be married時，想想現在這個人的生活狀態。
