She is the girl showering in the sunshine.
Her father is a math professor. Her mother was a computer programmer, and is a household now. She has a better financial situation than other people, and her parents always seemed loving each other.
And her, she always gets perfect grades, and has many talents. The bright appearance always gets envious eyes of many people.
Although she was born in a math-science family, she decides to choose flute-performing as her career, and live with music. She thinks music can make her soul happy, and her parents agree with her.
Without doubts, she is a girl filled with love and joy.
Yes.
Without doubts.
Getting home, and comes the deafening roar, but she isn’t panicking, because she already knows what happens.
Different from the image that is showing to the people outside, her parents fight to each other everyday.
The reasons for that change every time, sometimes she doesn’t even know why they are shouting.
Why they have to be angry to each other?
Did she give them too much pressure?
Did she bother them too much?
She looks at her only young brother, he is still doing his thing as nothing happens.
Is she worrying too much?
She won’t ask her parents to buy anything for her, because she knows that it’s hard to make money, and she doesn’t want to bother them.
When her parents agree to let her study abroad, she is really happy, not only because she can focus more on her loving music, but also she thinks it will be a turning point.
Someone says, that changing an environment can change a person.
Can her parents be nice to each other if they move to another country?
However, her parents are still fighting to each other everyday.
Why? They are just in front of her, but why can’t she change the situation?
She hates, hates her helplessness.
Hates that she can only throw herself into music, and tries to forget everything.
And cries alone in every dark, quiet night.
Every day, she still smiles to everyone she meets.
Nobody will know the shadow behind the smile.
