材料:
泡菜80g
豬肉100g
洋蔥20g
紅蘿蔔30g
大醬1大匙(沒大醬可以用韓式辣醬代替)
酒1小匙
鹽1/4小匙
油1/2小匙
蔥花少許
Kimchi 80g
Pork 100g
Onion 20g
Carrot 30g
Korean Soybean Paste(1 table spoon)(It also can replace by koren chill paste)
wine (1 tea spoon)
salt (1/4 tea spoon)
oil-(1/2 tea spoon)
green onion
做法:1.紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、豬肉切絲用大醬、酒、鹽、油抓醃10分鐘
2.扮入泡菜、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥
3.微波5分鐘
4.取出撒上少許的蔥花即可
1. Shred the Carrot,onion,put pork with korean soybean paste, wine, salt, oil together for 10 minutes.
2. Stirring with Kimchi, carrots and onions.
3. Put in to the microwave heat for 5 minutes
4. Take out,put some chopped green onion on top of it.
