A report by the instituteof Food Technologists started that food with smaller particle sizes areabsorbed better, so almond butter ought to have the most calories per hundredgrammes. In fact, it's about the same as peanut butter at 620kcal/100g, butpure sunflower oil beats both at 900kal/100g
