Pseudo Risotto in Clarice's Style
Ingredients:
small-sized pumpkin 1/2
creamy chicken mushroom condensed soup 2 bowls
rice 2 bowls
water 250cc
How to make it:
1. Cook the rice with 10 percent less water than usual so that each grain will be dry in texture.
2. Peel the skin off the pumpkin and remove its seeds. Dice the pumpkin. Boil the dices in 250cc of water for 10 minutes with low heat until they become soft and a layer of golden foam is formed.
3. Add the soup into the pot spoonful by spoonful, stirring it smooth until no lumps remain.
4. Filter the soup and serve it into a bowl.
5. Add the cooked rice into the pot of pumpkin dices and stir it with the thick broth. Bring it to a boil again with low heat. Simmer until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
Clarice流偽義大利燉飯
食材：
小南瓜 半個
奶油雞絲蘑菇湯 一罐(305cc)
白米 兩碗
清水 250cc
1. 白米用比平時少10%份量的水煮熟成很乾爽的飯
2. 南瓜削皮去籽切丁，加250cc水，用小火燉煮10分鐘至變軟並且冒出金黃色泡沫
3. 將忌廉雞粒蘑菇湯逐匙加入南瓜鍋裡，邊煮、邊拌勻至看不見結塊
4. 把湯中不含南瓜丁的水分掏進碗，當作一般湯來喝
5. 將白飯加入鍋中濃稠的湯裡拌勻，重新開小火煮沸，燉至收汁，按喜好放鹽和黑胡椒調味，即可趁熱享用

也就是祈使句 (imperatives)，用意同樣是省字、省時

to your own liking 最罕見，to your liking 其次，
而 to your taste 常見，但是也不及連 your 字也省去的 to taste，
畢竟要根據誰的口味來調味是顯而易見的，不需要刻意說明；
相反，在日常口說，用到 to one's own liking 的機率卻最高－－
e.g.:
As soon as I bought a new smartphone, I adjusted its settings to my own liking.
我一買到智慧型手機就按我本身的喜好去調整了它的設定。
