材料
1.焦糖原味布丁
雞蛋1顆
牛奶120ml
糖2大匙
糖2大匙(焦糖用))
2.太妃糖布丁
雞蛋1顆
牛奶120ml
糖1大匙
太妃糖三個
Ingredients
1.Caramel pudding
One egg
Milk 120ml
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons sugar (for caramel))
2. Toffee pudding
One egg
Milk 120ml
1 tbsp sugar
Three of Toffee
作法
焦糖原味布丁
1.蛋、牛奶、糖混和均勻,過篩後倒入杯中
2.中火微波2分半鐘,取出後用保鮮膜包住悶10分鐘,待溫度稍微下降後放入冰箱冷藏一小時ˋ
3.糖加入一大匙的水,微波一分半鐘,稍微有點滾即可取出淋上冷卻好的布丁即可享用
太妃糖布丁
1.蛋、糖、加入一半的牛奶混和均勻
2.另一半的牛奶先倒入杯中,加入太妃糖,微波一分鐘
3.將太妃糖牛奶攪拌均勻,讓太妃糖完全融化
4.把步驟1.的牛奶過篩後與太妃糖牛奶混和,微波2分鐘取出後用保鮮膜包住悶10分鐘,待溫度稍微下降後放入冰箱冷藏一小時即可
Directions
Caramel pudding
1. Mix evenly with the eggs, milk and sugar. After sifting, pour into the cup.
2. Use Medium heat with microwave for 2 and half minutes , take out and wrap with the plastic wrap for 10 minutes, wait for the temperature to drop and put it in the refrigerator for one hour.
3. Add one spoon of water into the sugar, heated by microwave for a one and half minute, when it's start to boiling is ok,and you can have it with your pudding.
Toffee pudding
1. Mix eggs, sugar, and half of the milk evenly.
2. Pour the other half of the milk into the cup , add toffee, heated by microwave for one minute.
3. Stir the toffee milk and let the toffee melt completely.
4. After sifting the milk of step 1. put with the toffee milk, heated with microwave for 2 minutes, take out and wrap it by plastic wrap for 10 minutes, wait for the temperature to drop , then put it in the refrigerator for one hour.
