材料
絞豬肉650g
紅蘿蔔 隨意
洋蔥半顆
蛋 1顆
醬油 2茶匙
可食用的油1茶匙
糖1茶匙
蕃茄醬1茶匙
吐司 1片
豆漿或牛奶 30ml~50ml
胡椒粉 少許
1.洋䓤切碎加入油，放入耐熱容器，微波4分鐘
2.紅蘿蔔刨絲，放入耐熱容器，微波2分鐘
3.蛋先打入小碗中稍為打發
4.吐司撕小塊加入豆漿或牛奶，直至成濕軟狀
5.除了用油加熱過的洋蔥以外 全部材料混合
6.攪伴均勻後加入加熱過的洋蔥
7.翻攪方式混均勻，一開始肉較濕，無黏性，若想吃鬆軟的口感，稍為會黏手時即可停止攪拌，若喜歡紮實的口感,可持續攪5分鐘，會非常黏手
8.靜置5~15分讓其入味
9.挖一坨手掌大小的肉放於手心，左右甩打(手法可看影片),把空氣甩出，並讓其定型,
10.置耐熱容器上，微波5分鐘
漢堡醬汁
蕃茄汁
洋蔥 半顆
烏醋 2小匙
醬油膏 2小匙
1.全部材料混合,蕃茄汁的份量興洋蔥相同
2.微波5分鐘
組合
1.醬汁淋於漢堡肉上即可食用
Pork patty (Microwave)
Ingredients
Ground pork 650g
Carrots
Onion 1/2
Egg 1
Soy sauce 2 Teaspoons
Oil 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Tomato sauce 1 teaspoon
Toast 1 piece
Soy milk or milk 30ml~50ml
Pepper powder some
Directions
1. Chopped the onion, placed in a container with oil, heating by microwave for 4 minutes.
2. Shaving carrot , placed in a containers,heating by microwave for 2 minutes.
3. Put the egg into the small bowl,whisk egg until frothy.
4. Toast teat into a small piece,and soaked in milk or soymilk until soft.
5. Mix all materials except onion.
6.stir them up then add onion
7. The mixture first is more moist,non viscosity,if you like it fluffy texture,blended to just become viscosity is time to stop.Otherwise it will be very sticky and tase chewy.
8. Let it stand for 5 to 15 minutes
9. Dig a palm-sized meat in the palm of your hand and shake it left and right (method is in video), throw out the air and let it shape.
10. Set on a container, heating with microwave for 5 minutes

Tomato Juice
Onion
Black vinegar 2 teaspoons
thick soy 2 teaspoons
1.Mix all,quantity of Tomato Juice：quantity of Onion=1：1
2.heating by microwave for 5 minutes.
Combination
Serve the Sauce on the Pork Patty
